Can I have my bouquet shipped if I’m not local?
At the moment, we are only delivering to the greater Denver area, but we are working hard figuring out the best way to get Fresh Sends to your city. ;)
Can I pick which flowers I send?
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to most of the areas in and around Denver. Upon checkout, if you are unable to place to your order, it means we don’t deliver to that zip code just yet!
Do you have an order deadline?
If we have available bouquets, we will make a same day delivery if the order is made before 11:00am MST. We usually suggest placing a preorder for next day to ensure your delivery.
What time will my bouquet be delivered, can I request a specific time?
Our bouquets will be delivered to residential addresses as well as business locations between 1pm and 5pm on the date you request. Our drivers take the most efficient route to make their deliveries to keep the price of the arrangements down (holla), therefore, we cannot ensure your bouquet will be delivered at a specific time. However, we would love to help you out if you have a reasonable request. So leave it in the special delivery notes on our ordering page and we’ll do our best to execute. Please just keep in mind that our drivers have to make multiple deliveries.
Can I order a bigger bouquet?
Heck yes. Our regular bouquet is $45 with free delivery, but we also offer twice as many blooms in our big bouquet for $75, also including delivery! You can upgrade your bouquet size easily just by selecting the correct size on the ordering page.
What days are you delivering?
We deliver Monday to Friday, except on public holidays, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year. If you order a bouquet to be delivered on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday we will deliver your bouquet the next business day.
What if nobody is home to receive the bouquet?
We’ll do our very best to find a subtle spot out of direct sunlight to leave the flowers and will leave them in water. To help us out, please leave any special delivery instructions on the order page to make our deliveries a bit easier.
What if I enter the wrong address when ordering?
We get it, but it is your responsibility to provide the correct address (including apartment or unit number if applicable) when you place your order. If we can’t deliver your bouquet due to an incorrect address, we’d still be happy to redeliver your flowers the next business day for a $15 redelivery fee.
